**Job title**:
**Exams Training Coordinator**

**Job purpose**:

- To monitor and coordinate training and training records of MTS’s exam day staff, for a wide variety of exam types and exam boards.
- To work with the HR function in training and onboarding MTS’s new exam day staff and ensuring MTS’s HR databases are accurate and complete.
- To work with the Exams Compliance & Improvement Officer on identifying areas of improvement for MTS’s exam day staff and support training interventions that address key areas for improvement.
- To carry out any additional exam administration activities according to MTS business needs.

**Main responsibilities**:
**Monitoring and coordinating training and training records**
- To hold a full understanding of all of MTS’s exam day staff training requirements, and work with exam partners to be able to request or set up training accounts for e-learning platforms.
- To issue requests for completion of MTS’s exam day staff training, send log-in details, and maintain records of those who have completed relevant training interventions.
- To chase and follow up with any staff who have not completed training to the required deadlines and actively pursue the completion of the training.
- To support staff who have problems with either logging in, accessing, or completing the required training, including providing guidance on correct answers to quizzes or exams at the end of the training.

**Supporting on-boarding and HR records**
- To coordinate effectively with the HR department in the training elements of the MTS exam day staff onboarding process, linking in with the process and supporting the IT systems behind the process.
- To capture training completion certificates or proof of completion of training interventions and upload these
- To maintain a monthly view on expiring training requirements, and re-issue requests to complete training when training needs to be re-completed at various frequencies.
- To work with HR to understand MTS’s pay rate policies on paying staff for completing training and maintain a consistent implementation of this policy, communicating well with exam day staff to avoid confusion.
- To focus on both completeness and accuracy of HR record keeping, and to maintain a commitment to confidentiality in relation to personal and sensitive data held in HR records.

**Continuous improvement**
- To work with the Exams Compliance & Improvement Officer to identify areas of improvement in the delivery of MTS’s exams, using the knowledge gained from both internal and external audits to identify systemic issues and work to achieve continuous improvement of the performance of MTS’s exam delivery.
- To help implement or communicate performance improvement interventions, which may include follow-up visits and/or supportive training interventions to address key areas of concern.

**Other**
- To ensure that confidential documents, information, and data are not disclosed to anyone other than their intended recipient/reader.
- To comply fully with MTS’s GDPR and data protection policies and standards and Safeguarding (Children and Vulnerable People) policy.
- To review all exam board partner GDPR and data protection policies and inform the regular updating of MTS’s policy to ensure alignment.
- To carry out any other tasks and activities for MTS, according to business priority, as appropriate for this level role in the organisation.
