Currently we are recruiting for a Training Administrator/Coordinator position to be based at our London Centre.
- assisting with recruitment, public or alumni relations and marketing activities
- administering the 'student lifecycle' from registration or admission to leaving;
- providing administrative support to an academic team of lecturers, tutors or teachers;
- coordinating examination and assessment processes;
- maintaining high levels of quality assurance, including course evaluation and course approval procedures;
- using information systems and preparing reports and statistics for internal and external use;
- participating in the development of future information systems;
- contributing to policy and planning;
- purchasing goods and equipment, as required, and processing invoices;
- liaising with other administrative staff, academic colleagues and students;
- liaising with partner institutions, other institutions, external agencies, government departments and prospective students;
- organising and facilitating a variety of educational or social activities.
- Taking initiative where required to ensure completion of outstanding tasks

**Skills Required**:

- Must have good working knowledge of MS Office Suites
- Experience of working in the education or training sector is advantageous but not essential
- Experience of working with CRM databases is advantageous but not essential
- Previous educational qualification in Accountancy, Business, Marketing or IT preferred.
- Saturday Working is essential
- Taking Initiative and be able to manage duties on your own

Tuesday: 09:45 AM - 6:15 PM

Wednesday: 09:45 AM - 6:15 PM

Thursday: 09:45 AM - 6:15 PM

Friday: 09:45 AM - 6:15 PM

Saturday: 08:45 AM - 6:00 PM

Sunday: Day Off

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
