**The role**

To support the Homeless Prevention and Assessment Service Manager to produce a training Matrix for the Service, Coordinate training, liaise with training providers and partners. Organise and monitor training schedules as well as minute taking at meetings.

This role also requires excellent communication skills - verbal and written,

**Location**
Whilst the service is primarily based in Laurence House, Catford, we operate a hybrid approach whereby you may be required to work both in the office and from home as determined by service requirements.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Main Purpose of the job**:
We are looking for a Training Coordinator Apprentice to support the Homeless Prevention and Assessment Service. The Apprentice will also be working closely with the Service Manager to produce a training Matrix for the Service.

The role will provide administrative support while helping to maintain the department training system.

**Summary of Responsibilities and Personal Duties**:
The Training Coordinator Apprentice, with the support of the Homeless Prevention and Assessment Service Manager, will have the ability to:

- Coordinate training for the Homeless Prevention and Assessment Service
- Work with the Service Manager to produce a training Matrix for the Service
- Take minutes
- To liaise with training providers and partners
- To work as part of a team as well as independently
- To use Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent communication skills - Verbal and written
