**Job Title**:Apprentice Service Delivery Coordinator

**Location**:Orange Cyberdefense, 250 Waterloo Road, London

**Course**:Level 3 Digital Support Technician

**Salary**:£25,000 per annum

The Service Delivery Team plays a key role in building on long-term customer relationships and act as the bridge between the client and Service Teams.

**What does an Apprentice Service Delivery Coordinator at Orange Cyberdefense do**

The role of the Service Delivery Coordinator is to ensure all services are delivered to our customers in an efficient manner to meet the client’s needs while maximising profitability for the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Service Delivery Managers in delivering an excellent level of service to our customers
- Collate data from various sources and assisting in the preparation of service reports
- Ensure that support calls are dealt with in a timely manner, liaising with the relevant teams for updates when required
- Creation of new Global Customer Portal accounts
- Understanding and delivering within Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)

**Skills & **Experience**:
You should be able to demonstrate your skills and experience in the following areas:

- **Teamwork**: The ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently, is high on the list of priorities
- **Customer focus**: Work experience in a customer-centric environment would be advantageous
- **Problem solving**: Understanding things from the customer’s perspective and coming up with new ideas to move things forward and get results
- **Resilience**: Maintaining performance and self-confidence when things get tough
- **Drive**: Determination and commitment to get things done, to get results, to do things better
- **Communication skills**: Excellent written and verbal skills, in person and on the phone
- **Interest in IT/Technology**: You need to be enthusiastic about our products and services and the cyber security industry
- **IT skills**:Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,. Ability to quickly adapt to new software.

**Qualifications Required**:
In accordance with the apprenticeship course qualification requirements, the course provider will undertake a full eligibility check. A minimum of 5 GCSE Passes with 2 being in Maths and English.
