Total Training Provision are working in partnership with Maximus People Services to develop their future workforce. We are currently looking to recruit an Apprentice Branch Coordinators to join the already established team on an apprenticeship.

**The main duties of the role is to shadow and work alongside the BM/Lead EA whilst in training as an Apprentice on the following activities**:

- To liaise closely with the BM, providing information and statistics for reports and branch performance management information
- To manage external diaries, in terms of meetings with providers. Take minutes of meetings, note follow up and Action points
- To support the Branch Coordinators with office tasks - such as stationery control for the office

**Learning Outcomes**:
As part of the apprenticeship journey, you will gain a nationally recognised apprenticeship at level 3. You will gain key skills, knowledge and behaviours that will enable you to achieve your apprenticeship in business administration at level 3. If you don’t already have your functional skills in Maths and English at Level 2, you will also gain these alongside the apprenticeship Journey.
- Become skilled in the use of multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the organisation
- Build good communication skills, whether face-to-face, on the telephone, in writing or on digital platforms, exercising good judgement and making effective decisions based on sound reasoning
- Gain the skills to use relevant project management principles and tools to scope, plan, monitor and report, to successfully deliver projects
