Sales and Lettings Branch Administrator- Docklands E14

A successful property company is looking for a passionate, committed, hardworking and capable Sales and Lettings Branch Administrator to deal with all duties relating to their substantial portfolio of managed properties.

As a Lettings and Sales Administrator , you must be able to handle your own workload, keep on top of any issues and priorities jobs as necessary whilst constantly liaising with the maintenance personnel.

Lettings Department Duties

* Sale Department Duties

* Assisting the sales team with all administration paperwork

* Produce Sales Letters and Memorandum of Sales

* Setting up Sales files and Money Laundering checks, regular chasing of outstanding

* Progressing Sales Deals

* Registering Applicants and ensuring details are added to the Database

* Producing database mail outs

* Ordering branded stationary for Sales

Monday to Friday 9 to 6pm
