**Branch Support Administrator - Residential Sales and Lettings (Estate Agency)**

Our Administrators are the heart and soul of our offices. We recognise the vital role that they play in providing administrative support for both our Sales and Lettings divisions.

At Pedder no day is ever the same, however below you will find a brief outline of some of your key supportive duties:

- To work in partnership with the sales and lettings consultants in your allocated office, providing administrative support as required.
- To answer phones, greet clients, register applicants, and take a proactive approach in supporting your team in full.
- To ensure all lettings files are updated and complete prior to submission to the Property Management team.
- Input and update property and client information into the company database and relevant portals, in accordance to Pedder Best Practice and GDPR guidelines.
- Ensure the Client Services department have current and accurate information, in accordance to Pedder Best Practice and GDPR guidelines.
- Producing and submitting agreements and further documentation for Sales and Lettings Divisions
- To be fully conversant with the complete referencing procedure and all documentation required to action a tenancy.
- Maintain office diary management.
- Maintain stock levels and exercise cost control when re-ordering stationery.
- Responsibility and accountability (alongside Branch Manager) to ensure offices are immaculate and tidy, have an organised display area, are well presented with updated window displays, and that any maintenance or issues are reported promptly to the Property Management department.

**Hours and Salary**:

- Monday - Thursday (8:45-18:00), Friday (8.45:17:00) - this is an office based role only.
- Salary starts at £28,000
- Bonuses available if your office hits their annual target.
- Quarterly prizes and incentives for top performing offices.
- Referral payments for successful referrals to our financial services team.
