**Programme and Training Coordinator - Tottenham Court Road London - Full Time - Immediate start**

e-Qualitas is a large, privately run School-Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) provider. We have successfully trained thousands of teachers to gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Working in partnership with a network of schools to provide school-based teacher training, we are recognised as one of the country’s leading teacher training providers.

The Programme and Training Coordinator is a key role supporting the Programme Team to ensure that all training requirements are managed and efficiently coordinated and administrative requirements are provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Acting as the main point of contact for all training activity-related queries
- Supporting the Subject Leads and the Programme Director to create and develop the eQ training schedule
- Attending planning meetings and updating the training schedule as and when required
- Building professional relationships with external suppliers and coordinating all catering, IT and room requirements
- Liaising with clients, trainers and internal teams to determine the requirements of all the in-house training
- Supervising all training events and resolving any issues during and after each event.
- Monitoring feedback to identify improvements and trainee engagement
- Preparing training day materials, curating resources and proformas
- Managing all admin tasks required to run asynchronous and online training events
- Tracking trainee attendance and following up on absences
- Sending out regular communications to trainees on behalf of the Programme and Subject teams
- Signposting trainees with Wellbeing issues
- Recruiting and onboarding new members of staff
- Taking minutes at meetings
- Other ad hoc admin tasks as required
- Responsible for ensuring GDPR requirements are adhered to

**Essential Skills**:

- Experience of planning and organising training events
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work unsupervised and manage multiple events simultaneously
- Customer focused and a confident communicator
- Takes the initiative and demonstrates high levels of common sense

We operate a hybrid working pattern: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Laptop and mobile phone will be provided as will full training and the support of a fantastic team. Benefits include a basic salary of £25,000 to £27,500 depending on experience, plus a generous holiday allowance AND your birthday off
