**Programme and Policy Coordinator**

The Programme and Policy Coordinator is responsible for the administration of the Excellence for All Programme, The Passage’s initiative to become a learning organisation that invests in its staff and strives to achieve the best outcomes for our service users. The Coordinator will ensure that programme objectives are effectively communicated and that staff and service users are involved in the delivery of key outcomes. Via consultation and research, the Coordinator will provide the evidence needed to shape key work standards and support the Head of Quality and Evaluation to implement quality audits and to monitor the success of the programme.

**Duties**:

- To facilitate the effective running of the Excellence for All Programme.
- Monitoring the Programme Risk and issue logs, making recommendations on risk mitigation.
- To conduct research and analysis to support project leads to develop new policies and procedures that sit under the Excellence.
- To support the evaluation of the different workstreams within the Excellence for all portfolio, including running consultations with staff and service users and the analysis of data.
- To support the identification and implementation of a quality programme audit function. This will include researching and making recommendations on case management, quality checks and implementing recommendations from Expert by Experience audits where they relate to the quality of services delivered.

**Desired Experience**:

- Experience of analysing qualitative and quantitative information to inform and draft policy and/or research initiatives
- Experience of involving key stakeholders such as clients, customers, or partners in improving services
- Excellent project administration skills, throughout a project lifecycle
