Our mission is to create the most trustworthy E-commerce platform with a delightful service experience. SMT is looking for a Moderation Training Program Manager role to focus on policy training and staff knowledge management.
Develop and implement training programs with focus on staff and business partners' knowledge management.
- Lead training workflows and deliver timely and clear updates to internal teams and business partners to deliver high quality results.
- Conduct training sessions based on cross-functions' moderation knowledge necessities.
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome training program risks, and produce program reports for stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify training needs, problems and suggest solutions by developing localised training materials.
- Work with other training program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.
- Evaluate moderator performance to gauge where knowledge and skills are lacking.
Bachelor's Degree in education, business administration or training related fields.
- Fluency in English and Italian , both written and spoken, is required for this role in order to deliver training to clients in Italy
- Minimum 3 years' working experience in training or education related fields.
- Track record in developing and implementing training and learning solutions in the tech industry.
Master's degree in education, business administration or policy related fields.
- Familiar with e-commerce compliance requirements and internet governance management, with a certain level of business sensitivity and risk awareness.
- Self-motivated with a track record in stakeholder management, problem-solving skills and able to thrive in an ambiguous working environment.
