The Training Specialist Lead will manage a team of high-performing learning professionals to partner with training colleagues and Monetization Integrity teams to create and deliver programs that close skill gaps and drive behavioural changes that positively impact the business.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Change Manager to coordinate and execute projects that bridge the gap between our operations, sales, and advertising teams. As the main point of contact for project intake, you will be responsible for ensuring rapid global coordination, consistency, and intervention to drive project success. In this role, you will also play an active part in training and facilitating seamless communication among all resources involved in these projects.
Project Coordination:
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery within the MI Training sales& advertiser, and operations pods.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project intake for internal and external training from multiple departments, including MI operations, Vendors and sales & advertising.
- Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Implement agile methodologies to adapt to changing project needs and requirements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively
- Implement strategies to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Regularly evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
Facilitate regular meetings and updates to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned on project progress.
- Collaborate with the Quality and Learning team to manage intake and training requests efficiently.
Resource Management:
- Work collaboratively with leaders in identifying and allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements.
- Ensure that project team members of assigned POD are equipped with the necessary information to succeed.
- Support leaders with capacity and planning as required
- Act as a people manager based on needs or in the absence of team leaders, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure project teams operate effectively.
Training and Development:
- Play an active role in training team members in project management best practices and tools in agreements with leader
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the skills and capabilities of the project team.
Manage and coordinate projects on a global scale for MI, Sales and Advertiser and Vendor, ensuring consistency and alignment with our objectives.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Proactively address issues that may impact project success.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring that goals and objectives are met, feedback loop and corrective action in place
Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in a training role
- Proven experience as a project manager, with a track record of successfully coordinating and executing cross-functional projects.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Experience in international project management is preferred.
