**Summary**

Sightline specialises in experiential business skills training, coaching services and value proposition development with corporate clients. We are looking for a Training Services Coordinator who can ensure both that the business runs smoothly, and that our clients experience exceptional service. Initially we expect the role to be 20-25 hours per week.

We are a small but busy team, and as the business grows there will be plenty of opportunity for the role to grow, and for you to have a huge impact on the business’ future success. While mainly home-based, there will be the need to attend client meetings, support training events in person, and the option of a fortnightly day in a beautiful Soho office.

**Responsibilities**
- **Course management**: working directly with clients, the Sightline team and our associate trainers to coordinate the delivery of training courses
- **Business Administration**: handling the whole training cycle, from agreeing dates with clients and trainers, issuing joining instructions and keeping training records, booking forms, feedback forms and invoicing. General administrative support
- **Course Design**: assisting the compilation of high quality training materials in conjunction with our content experts, mainly in PowerPoint and Word, and quality checking existing content
- **Account Services**: meeting clients to discuss and agree future training programmes, and creating client-facing reports on training success
- Other tasks as required

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Comfortable when communicating quickly and effectively with senior-level corporate clients, accurate when tracking multiple schedules and projects which are changing constantly
- Excellent, professional written and verbal communication is important, as well as client-facing experience in a corporate environment. Attention to detail a must
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- With the role predominantly being home-based, being comfortable to work on your own, but within short commuting distance of Central London

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
