About the Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Admissions Manager. The Admissions Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the admissions process, ensuring the efficient and effective recruitment of students who will contribute to the vibrant academic community at LD Training Services Ltd. This is a full-time, permanent position within the higher education sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the admissions processes within the team to ensure that received applications are reviewed, and decisions made ensuring a fair and thorough review process.
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of our existing courses portfolio to the applicants.
  • Using the databases, progressing records in line with policy and possessing and understanding an appreciation for the sensitivity and confidentiality of records with the best professional manner and comply with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and data security legislation/policy.
  • Organize and coordinate admissions events, including information sessions, interviews, and orientation programs to attract and enrol students to our programmes.
  • Develop and implement admissions strategies and policies in alignment with the company’s mission and goals.
  • You will deliver day-to-day leadership and management of the administration that keeps our recruitment programme running. With an exceptional eye for detail and a passion for accuracy and compliance, you will ensure data management and processes are executed to the highest standards of best practice.
  • Working with the marketing and recruitment teams to ensure all applicant communications and touch points are of the highest standard, to maximise conversion.
  • Provision of admissions management information on key areas of admissions activity and in response to ad hoc requests from the Board of Directors for data and information relating to Admissions.
  • Manage the relationships with all key recruitment stakeholders, including but not limited to; student referrals, recruiters, community engagement and LD Training progression feeders.

  • Experience of working in a deadline-driven environment
  • Confident and accurate computer skills especially MS Office
