Job Ref: SM0202793

Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for an Training Operations Coordinator with French for a leading international corporate training company in their London office. This is an exciting role supporting the senior management team to plan and execute seamless events throughout Europe.

Duties of the Training Operations Coordinator with French

  • Planning the organisation of training programs across different clients
  • Coordinating international travel itineraries
  • Administrative and secretarial duties
  • Budget planning and invoicing
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Creating correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Executing projects from start to finish

Key skills required for the Training Operations Coordinator with French

  • Native-level proficiency in English, with fluent French
  • Previous experience in a, Executive Assistant, Operations or Training Coordinator
  • Effective communicating and confident interacting with senior executives
  • Proficient multi-tasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills with Excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive and unflappable approach
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to adapt to occasional flexible working hours
