The employee can contribute as much as they like without reducing their salary below minimum wage so as an example 50%, but the company will not contribute more than 9%
**Hours/Shift**
Hybrid working: The Warwick site currently operates a hybrid working arrangement where the employee is required to attend the office for a minimum of 2 days per week. This is not a contractual arrangement and the company reserves the right to increase the days in line with business needs.

**Position Details**
**Job Purpose**:
To effectively and efficiently implement and co-ordinate activities within business processes to ensure that all products and services meet consistent standards and customer needs. Work collaboratively across the other functions/regions as part of a team and to manage the warranty team and process for the region. Be the main Point of Contact for ensuring compliance with all relevant environmental regulations within the region through our third-party providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality and Warranty:
- Evaluate and manage customer complaints by taking necessary action to resolve including
escalation to Supplier Quality team when required.
- Support and enable the effective evaluation of potential and/or existing suppliers to predict and ensure the quality of delivered products and/or processes. Enable supporting corrective action systems to support existing suppliers in the event of quality escapes. Support and continuously manage the reduction of warranty.
- Effectively partner with functional team members such as: Engineering: Support launch,
product/process review, Customer Concerns, Managing PRRs, Quality Stock, etc.
- Warranty cost avoidance when AFM is not at fault.
- Perform as a team leader/manager of direct personnel (Warranty team) to insure skillset
development and effective succession planning. Design and develop goals, objectives, and
performance plans. Evaluate accordingly. Manage/Retain and Recruit as needed Warranty
personnel.
Continual Improvement: HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL 2
- Support and enable the continuous improvement of all relevant business, production and supplier processes via value stream analysis and design and implementation of Standard Work
- Achieving targeted value added savings through focused process/product improvements
Environmental Compliance
- Manage and allocate duties and responsibilities to the relevant department and/or external supplier to ensure compliance to all relevant regulations within EMEA
General
- In the above functions, be able to prioritize key issues and enable rapid problem solving analysisand permanent corrective action leveraging Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques.
- Effectiveness results include systematic control and continued improvement of typically the following KPIs:
- PPM defects (internal, external and supplier)
- Supplier Performance Ratings (Scorecards, PPAP, PRR, etc)
- Customer Complaints (Quantity, Repeats, and Time to C
