Property Administrator - Chorley £20,000 - £24,000 per annum
**Your new company**
Our client is a family owned company, established in 1962, with a successful track record in property investment and development. Through recent acquisitions and development the company is looking to expand their Property Administration team and this is anexciting time to join a well respected employer in the area.
**Your new role**
Working as part of the Investment division team, this role will provide general administration support with a particular emphasis on Health & Safety management and Insurance Coordination across all regions. Duties will include: organising health & safety committeemeetings, responsibility for health & safety staff training, liaising with external health & safety advisors, managing the health & safety policy; logging all property and public insurance claims, liaising with the regional offices and relevant claim handlers,and producing regular monthly monitoring forms. Other administration duties will include: logging and coordinating tenancy agreements, ensuring electronic database is up to date, producing monthly reports, processing invoices, and general administration dutiesassociated with the role. Assisting with event organisation, providing cover on reception, answering and taking telephone messages for the investment team.
