About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Administrator to join our team as a Commercial Property Accounting Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily accounting processes and monthly reporting of diverse property portfolios, including commercial, industrial, and retail properties.

This role involves building professional relationships with clients, tenants, and colleagues, as well as leading Accounts Administrators and supporting Client Accountants within the team to ensure tasks are completed on time and to internal and client KPIs.

The salary for this position is estimated at £37,500 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial data processing and thorough reviews and reporting are essential functions of this role.
  • Regular communication with the accounts team, property managers, tenants, and clients is required to ensure accurate and timely accounting records.
