A leading chartered financial planning business in Chorley seeks a highly organized and experienced IFA Administrator to manage the pipeline of cases from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Pipeline management: Recording and chasing business through completion, liaising with Advisers, providers, GPs, and Medical companies
- Maintaining client files according to company guidelines
- Preparing the client service and review list for Advisers, ensuring timely completion and providing full documentation
- Preparing cases for Paraplanning, ensuring all necessary information is on file
- Assisting with various tasks, including meeting clients, handling inquiries, and administrative support
