Support Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Support Services Coordinator to join our team at Witherslack Group. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in administration, management, and leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing office operations, providing exceptional support to senior staff members, and maintaining accurate records. You will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, ensuring seamless communication among teams, and implementing processes to optimize efficiency.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 35 days annual leave, flexible working hours, and opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior staff members, including email management, calendar organization, and document preparation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication among stakeholders.
- Implement process improvements, identifying areas for enhancement and suggesting innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Relevant administration or management experience, preferably in an educational setting.
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
