About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Support Services Coordinator to join our team at Witherslack Group. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in administration, management, and leadership.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 35 days annual leave, flexible working hours, and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior staff members, including email management, calendar organization, and document preparation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Implement process improvements, identifying areas for enhancement and suggesting innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Relevant administration or management experience, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
