Care Services Coordinator

The Deputy Manager will be responsible for working alongside the Registered Manager to maintain an overview of our services, lead a highly-motivated team of support workers, and contribute to the further development of our services.
ResponsibilitiesThe Deputy Manager will be responsible for:
- Implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
- Monitoring staff performance and providing coaching and guidance
- Collaborating with the Registered Manager to achieve business objectives
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
- Excellent management and communication skills
The salary for this role is £48,000-£58,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
