We are currently seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Astley View Care Home in Chorley, Lancashire. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of skill and expertise in elderly care and dementia care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating a team of care assistants, promoting a culture of excellence and ensuring the highest standards of care are met.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working on a two-week rolling rota. You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge, working closely with healthcare professionals and contributing to the development of care plans that meet individual needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in elderly care, dementia care, and experience of working night shifts. You must hold an NVQ level 3 in health and social care or equivalent and be willing to work as part of a close-knit team to achieve shared goals.
