An exciting opportunity has arisen within the LSL Estate Agency Franchise division on a 6 -12 month contract.
We are looking for a Direct Debit Administrator to join our Lettings Client Accounts Team at our offices in Chorley.
Working as a
**Direct Debit Administrator **you will receive;
- Salary of £21,255
- 37.5 hours per week contract. Core hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm.
- Free onsite parking.
**The main accountabilities of the role will include**:
- Setting up, management and collection of Direct Debits for rental payments fron tenants.
- Investigation of any anomalies on the collection.
- Create reports informing Credit Control of unsuccessful Direct Debit collections.
- Process rent increases or decreases.
- Housekeeping of Reapit system & Direct Debit system.
