About the Role

\

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Administrative Support Specialist to join our Transformation Unit team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled administrator to provide efficient and effective support to our Anticoagulant Clinics.

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data inputting, activating and discharging outpatient appointments, greeting clinic patients, and directing clinic flow. A key requirement of this role is flexibility when working between office-based and clinical environments.

\

A competitive salary of £23,615 per annum (pro rata) awaits the successful candidate, who must be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills, with strict adherence to Trust protocols and confidentiality.

Main Responsibilities
