**Your key duties as a Finance Administrator will be**
- To maintain service charge records by processing and checking purchase orders
- Updating budget v actuals with all group costs
- Communicating under/overspend to the property teams
- Running monthly and quarterly cost and income routines
- Complete reconciliation reports and run monthly and quarterly cost and income routines
- Initiating and monitoring the budget process, ensuring deadlines are met
- Generating tenant budget and reconciliation packs

**Maintaining utilities including**:

- Inputting invoice data into tracking reports to monitor spend
- Producing reshcarge sheets and upload charge information into the database to enable the billing team to generate tenant invoices.
- Notifying brokers and energy providers of changes in property statuses
- Liaising with brokers and energy providers for new connection quotes

**Maintaining business rates records including**:

- Processing payments by instalments and ensuring any overpayments are refunded in a timely manner.
- Logging demands, reconciling to the property system to ensure the correct liability is being charged in accordance with tenant leases.
- Notifying councils of changes in property statuses

**Maintain system records including**:

- Inputting daily tenant receipts, allocating against tenant demands
- Inputting new tenants, ensuring accuracy of lease dates and charges
- Producing completion statements and lease renewal calculations
- Updating tenant details following lease events and exits
- Updating unit details following building refurbishment
- Inputting approved purchase order budgets into the finance costing module
- Checking purchase invoices for nominal coding and VAT treatment

General administrative support to the Property Team.

**Profile**
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages: Excel, Outlook, Word
- Previous experience in administration is essential and finance experience advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure to deadlines and to work as an effective team member
- Strong communication skills
- Qualified to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English
