Euxton Hall and Buckshaw Hospitals in Lancashire are private hospitals that are part of Ramsay Health Care’s UK network of private hospital services.

Summary: Euxton Hall Private Hospital is one of Lancashire's leading private hospitals situated on the outskirts of Chorley but close to Preston and Wigan with easy access to the M65, M6 and M61 motorways. The facility offers 32 beds all with en suite facilities to ensure complete privacy and by investing in advanced medical technology offers a wide range of treatments and services. On site there are two fully equipped ultra clean air theatres, an endoscopy and small treatment room. The hospital specialises in orthopaedic procedures offered such as arthroscopy, hip, knee replacement and upper limb surgery and offers rapid access to Breast Care services. The Finance Manager will manage and oversee the day to day finance and administrative functions of the hospital providing management information and reports on a broad range of financial and administrative issues.

Be a key and active member of the Hospital Senior Leadership Team

Produce monthly management accounts, financial reports and other required reports within Company guidelines

Prepare and review the monthly finance pack, ensuring all reconciling items are investigated and amendments made

Support the Senior Leadership Team to manage and improve labour costs efficiency and resource management.

Lead the teams to successfully deliver high volumes of activity ensuring KPI’s are met and delivering safe patient pathways

Support the NHS contract management process

Partner with business leaders to assess the effectiveness of processes and the ongoing profitability of clinical procedures.

Participate in regional projects to drive efficiency across the organisation.

Strong business acumen and the ability to analyse, interpret and utilise data to improve organisational performance and identify opportunities
