Part Time Admin Assistant role based in Aberdeen City Centre
**Your new company**
My client is a well known healthcare and goods provider based in Aberdeen City Centre. The company has been running for over 100 years and pride themselves on their high quality customer service.
**Your new role**In your new role you will be assisting the Administration team to ensure that the company runs smoothly day to day. The role is office based and is from 8am-12:30pm Monday to Friday.
**What you'll need to succeed**:
- Previous experience in a similar role ie Administration
- Good people skills as role involves answering the phone and dealing with customer queries
- Producing, editing and updating spreadsheets
- Good with figures as will at times assist accounts department
- Multi-tasking as it is key to this role
- Hardworking attitude
- Prioritisation of tasks
- Quick thinker/ strong problem solver
