**The New Role**

We are recruiting for a full-time, office-based Admin Support Assistant to join our growing team as the welcoming face and voice of Solab & Onboard Tracker.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Central point for inbound phone calls
- Call & Job logging for the Engineering and Support teams
- Working with the Finance team to send out copy invoices
- Downloading supplier invoices from portals
- Ordering sundries
- Co-ordinating Authorised Supplier processes
- Uploading invoices to portals
- Supporting the Sales, Finance and Purchasing teams
- Meeting visitors
- Managing meeting rooms
- Receiving, checking and distributing all deliveries on arrival
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required
- Facilities tasks for the office and wider building
