**ADMIN ASSISTANT**

We have an opportunity for an Admin Assistant with a minimum 1 year previous experience.

Duties include providing admin support to the Director and office. Work includes reception, admin duties, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, data entry, filing, mailing, and dealing with clients and suppliers.

Experience in an office environment is essential. Good telephone manners and proficient MS Office skills (Word and Excel) necessary. Good spoken and written English is essential.

LOCATION OF WORK: Aberdeen

Wages £10.50 per hour

Part time: 20 hours per week (1pm-5pm Mon-Fri),

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
