- Maintain strong relationships with department managers to determine their current and future requirements
- Assist with all aspects of the employee life cycle
- Support managers and colleagues with legislation and regulation
- Have good knowledge of employment law and recruitment/ HR best practice
- Monitor team HR inbox, dealing with queries and tasks timely and efficiently
If you have a strong HR background and a passion for people, this could be the ideal role for you A CIPD qualification would be idea, however a desire to study towards your qualifications is also an option.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months
**Salary**: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
