**About The Role**:
We’re looking for a HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team here at Hotter. As a HR Administrator you will be a key member of the team in providing administration support to our busy team. This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.
**What you will be doing**:
- Managing the careers website and posting job adverts on Total Jobs
- Ensuring required documentation has been completed prior to start date
- Liaising with and supporting the recruiting manager
- Completing Right to Work checks
- Issuing all new starter paperwork
- Running HR reports via Breathe HR
- Minute/Note taking
- Responding to reference requests
- Scanning documents and updating Breathe
- Supporting HR Projects
- Daily monitoring of absence
- Any other administration tasks
