Aspion is recruiting an Administrative Support Manager to join their team in the UK. In this role, you will support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from recruitment to payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of HR and payroll systems.

About the Job

This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational and time-management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR administrative and/or payroll roles, working with payroll and time and attendance systems, ideally within regulated environments.

  • Supporting day-to-day HR tasks, including maintaining employee records and updating HR systems.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for HR and payroll queries, providing prompt and accurate responses.
  • Assisting with new employee onboarding, preparing offer letters and induction materials.
Requirements and Salary

The salary for this role is estimated at £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of HR practices, payroll processing, and UK employment legislation.
