Customer Service and Administration Assistant

We are looking for a skilled Administrator to join our team at Forrest Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Customer Service department.
Responsibilities:
- Manage emails and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Customer Service team, including data entry and filing.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience as an Administrator in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
