Job RequirementsIn this Administrative Support Specialist role, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with the processing of company invoices
- Managing day-to-day payroll administration
- Liaising with various departments to ensure smooth financial operations
- Supporting the Accounting & Finance team in financial reporting
- Contributing to the preparation of annual budgets
- Maintaining accurate employee records
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Providing additional support to the Finance team when needed
Requirements:
- A background in a similar role within the retail sector is advantageous
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail are vital
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure is essential
- A proactive approach and teamworking skills are critical
- A relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance is beneficial
