Job Requirements

In this Administrative Support Specialist role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the processing of company invoices
  • Managing day-to-day payroll administration
  • Liaising with various departments to ensure smooth financial operations
  • Supporting the Accounting & Finance team in financial reporting
  • Contributing to the preparation of annual budgets
  • Maintaining accurate employee records
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
  • Providing additional support to the Finance team when needed

Requirements:

  • A background in a similar role within the retail sector is advantageous
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary
  • Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail are vital
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure is essential
  • A proactive approach and teamworking skills are critical
  • A relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance is beneficial
