About the Role

Nixon Caunce Associates is seeking a skilled Part Time Accounts Administrator to join our team in Skelmersdale. The successful candidate will be responsible for various aspects of accounts administration, including invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

This part-time role offers a competitive salary of £19,000 - £22,000 per annum, along with flexible working hours.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Process and manage all incoming and outgoing invoices.
  2. Reconcile supplier statements, credit card transactions, and petty cash records.
  3. Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
  4. Support the finance manager in maintaining accurate financial records.
  5. Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in accounts administration.
  • Familiarity with Sage 50 accounting software.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
