Job Description

We are looking for a talented Financial Assistant to join our team at Nixon Caunce Associates in Skelmersdale. This part-time role involves supporting the finance team with day-to-day transactions, including invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts administration, experience with Sage 50, and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Process invoices and payments.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and credit card transactions.
  • Maintain petty cash records.
  • Assist the finance manager with financial reporting.
  • Support payroll accounting and maintain staff holiday records.
Essential Requirements
  • Strong accounts administration experience.
  • Experience with Sage 50 accounting software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • A proactive approach to work and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Benefits
