Service Operations Administrator

We are looking for a skilled Service Operations Administrator to join our Glaston Service team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the department service requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
This is a key role within the company, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of professional knowledge and information, with the ability to use and distribute work-related knowledge to others.
This is a hybrid working role, offering a modern office environment and a competitive benefits package, including a desirable pension scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that the department service requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner
- Liaising with customers to arrange and confirm service visits
- Maintaining all orders on the Planning Board
- Collating information from Field Service Engineers
- Supplying non-core purchase orders to third-party suppliers
