Job Description:

We are seeking an Administrative Team Member to join our team in Skelmersdale. As a key member of the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have experience using ERP systems. You will also be confident in your ability to create detailed Excel-based work instructions and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to the Customer Service team
  • Answering incoming phone calls and directing to the appropriate person
  • Managing updates and creating jobs using our ERP system
  • Maintaining stock codes within the ERP system
  • Creating detailed Excel-based work instructions
  • Acting as first point of contact for customers
