**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Adult Care Assistant to join our team at Care By Us Ltd. As a member of our care team, you will provide support to people of all ages in their homes and the community, working closely with our clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care plans.

In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through Nurse-led training and education programs, and utilize innovative technology to transform the care industry.

**Estimated Salary:** £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

**Responsibilities:***
  • Support individuals with complex needs, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and support
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Utilize technology to enhance the care industry

**Requirements:***
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and support to people of all ages
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including 8 am- 8 pm and 8 pm- 8 am, as required by our clients
  • Access to a vehicle due to the geographical location of some roles
