Job Description

The Admin and Clerical Receptionist will play a vital role in the day-to-day operation of the Manor Primary Care. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, working between 8am to 6:30pm with occasional early starts and late finishes. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to the practice team, including responding to queries, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Work collaboratively with the reception team to provide a high-quality patient experience, including greeting patients, answering phone calls, and directing visitors.
  3. Contribute to the smooth running of the practice by performing various tasks, such as data entry, filing, and other administrative duties as required.

Salary and Benefits
