Weekend Care Support Worker

At Alcedo Care, we are currently recruiting for Weekend Care Assistants to support our clients in the Skelmersdale area. As a care assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care, supporting clients with mobility and transfers, and administering and documenting medication.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Supporting clients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Administering and documenting medication
- Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in conditions to our branch teams
