Care Support Specialist

Care By Us Ltd is seeking a compassionate and skilled Complex Needs Assistant to join our team. As a Complex Needs Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.
About the Role:
- Provide care and support for individuals with complex needs such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional care and support.
- Develop and improve skills through Nurse-led training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- No prior care experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
- Able to work a variety of shifts, including 8 am- 8 pm and 8 pm- 8 am, and be flexible with your schedule.
- Access to a vehicle due to the geographical location of the role.
