About the Role

We are seeking a highly compassionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Home Care Support Worker. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence and live safely and supported lives.

As a Home Care Support Worker, you will follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet, and supporting clients with their medication. You will also help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
