People and Payroll Administrator

At Aspion, we are seeking an experienced People and Payroll Administrator to join our team in Skelmersdale. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our HR and payroll operations, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of employee lifecycle processes. They will also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to the HR and payroll teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Process payroll and ensure timely payments to employees
- Contribute to the development of HR and payroll policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Salary: £24,800 - £27,000 per annum. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including access to training and development opportunities, health insurance, and a generous pension scheme.
