This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR and payroll teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Process payroll and ensure timely payments to employees
  • Contribute to the development of HR and payroll policies and procedures

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage employee data and maintain accurate records
  2. Process payroll and ensure timely payments to employees
  3. Develop and implement HR and payroll policies and procedures
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
