Payroll Operations Coordinator

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual looking for a challenging role in HR and payroll? Look no further As a Payroll Operations Coordinator at Aspion, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR and payroll teams in Skelmersdale.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary:
- Provide administrative support to the HR and payroll teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Process payroll and ensure timely payments to employees
- Contribute to the development of HR and payroll policies and procedures
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
