Job Title: Payroll and Benefits Coordinator

Location: Skelmersdale

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Payroll and Benefits Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payrolls accurately and on time, handling payroll for 450+ employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payrolls accurately and on time on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Collate, calculate, and accurately enter payroll data, including time records, benefits, and taxes.
  • Maintain accurate employee data, including personal details, attendance, and leave records.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with payroll and time and attendance systems, ideally within regulated environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
