About the Role

Main Duties
  1. Design, implement, and maintain software solutions that meet the evolving needs of the organisation.
  2. Efficiently manage and process large datasets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  3. Deliver expert technical support to colleagues, empowering them to achieve their full potential.
  4. Provide on-site assistance at various locations, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
  5. Conduct training sessions to educate new team members on effective IT usage, promoting a culture of excellence.
  6. Navigate complex stakeholder relationships, including IT vendors, platform providers, and professional advisors.
  7. Pioneering innovative solutions to drive organisational growth and improvement.
  8. Maintain close ties with senior management, keeping abreast of key objectives and informing strategic decisions.
  9. Design and develop customised reporting tools to illuminate key business metrics.
Remuneration

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from £48,000 to £58,000, contingent on relevant experience.
