Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Page Personnel Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process company invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Administer payroll on a daily basis
  • Liaise with multiple departments to ensure seamless financial operations
  • Support the Accounting & Finance team in preparing month-end financial reports
  • Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets
  • Maintain accurate employee records for payroll purposes
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial legislation and standards
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Finance team as required

The Successful Applicant:

  • A background in a similar role within the retail sector is desirable
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential
  • Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail are crucial
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure is necessary
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work well in a team are key
  • A relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance is preferred
