Aspion is seeking an experienced Payroll and HR Specialist to join their team in the UK. This role involves supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from recruitment to payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of HR and payroll systems.

About the Role

This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational and time-management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR administrative and/or payroll roles, working with payroll and time and attendance systems, ideally within regulated environments.

  • Support day-to-day HR tasks, including maintaining employee records and updating HR systems.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR and payroll queries, providing prompt and accurate responses.
  • Process payrolls accurately and on time, handling payroll for 450+ employees.
Requirements

The salary for this role is estimated at £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of HR practices, payroll processing, and UK employment legislation.

Duties include assisting with new employee onboarding, preparing offer letters and induction materials, overseeing paperwork, background checks, and documentation for new hires.
