Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of UK employment law and be able to mentor and support an HR Officer. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading employee relations cases and resolving complex issues smoothly.
  • Managing all site-based HR project-related work, in collaboration with senior team members.
  • Driving recruitment, onboarding, and the induction of new starters.
  • Managing the HR system, MI reporting, and payroll queries.

The salary for this role is up to £42,000 DOE + 15% Bonus + Excellent Package.
