About the Role

The Assistant Store Manager will play a key role in the store's success by maintaining high standards of customer service and merchandising. You will work effectively with the store team to maximise income and promote the work of YMCA within the local community.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the store team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of merchandising
  • Maximise income and promote the work of YMCA within the local community
  • Deputise for the store manager as needed

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in retail or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
